We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.Information is stored securely and retained only for as long as required for business or legal purposes.

7.   Access & Correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading.

8.   Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled personal information or breached privacy laws, you may contact us to lodge a complaint.  We will investigate and respond promptly.


If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

9.   Overseas Disclosure

We do not generally disclose personal information overseas.
If this changes, we will take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
